A – Lot of handwringing over the increasing death-rate of middle class white Americans; I was mostly blaming Big Pharma, Krugman says its their loss of a viable life.  Look at his graph, and let us know what you say?

B – Does the U.S need a FBI? This is an agency that has been engulfed in scandal since its inception. Despite all the movies and TV shows that glorify it the FBI has turned into a present-day STASI that does little to fight crime and, in fact, creates it. In recent years, its famed crime lab has promoted bad science, falsified evidence and helped to ensure thousands of wrongful convictions. If an agent questions you ANYWHERE and it is found that you lied, you will face a prison sentence. Do you still feel safer having their 35,000 agents around spending close to 10 billion per year?  Mac

C – Should Trump be allowed to kick (literally) demonstrators out of his rallies?  After all, candidates must expect opposition, and people have the right to free speech?

D – There are approximately 3.5 million professional truck drivers in the United State. The total number of people employed in the industry exceeds 8.7 million. About one of every 15 workers in the country is employed in the trucking business. Google, and many other companies want to eliminate the driving jobs as soon as they can.  Should we?

E – Putin has abruptly stopped actively participating in his Syrian air war adventure.  Why, and with what impact?  Also, why so little comment?

F – What did the Canada/US State love-in accomplish?

G – Are drones and ethical and effective way to wage war?
